Welcome to the Silk Cosmetics website (hereinafter: “the Website”), operated by Silk Cosmetics, VAT No. 024161119, from 15 Moreshet Israel St., Rishon Lezion, Israel (hereinafter: “the Website Management” and/or “the Company”).
Any use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“the Regulations”).
The Regulations may be updated from time to time, and users are required to review them upon each visit to the Website. Browsing and/or using the Website in any manner constitutes agreement to the Terms and Conditions and a commitment to comply with them. These Regulations are legally binding and apply to any use of the Website.
All services offered through the Website are subject to these Regulations. By placing an order through the Website, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, thereby creating a binding contract between the user and the Website Management.
Services
The Website enables the sale of products for home delivery and/or self-collection.
Products may be ordered online, subject to availability and geographic restrictions.
Payments may be made via credit card or Bit (Israel only), subject to approval by the relevant credit card company or the Website’s bank.
All product prices include VAT in accordance with applicable tax laws.
The Website Management reserves the right to terminate its services at any time.
The right to use the Website is granted to any individual aged 18 or older. Orders may only be placed by individuals with an active bank account and/or a valid credit/debit card, and a valid email address provided at the time of purchase. A minor placing an order will be deemed to have obtained parental/guardian consent.
Cancellations and Changes
Transaction cancellations and product returns are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010.
A customer may cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, by notifying the Website Management.
No refunds will be issued for products delivered more than 14 days prior to the request.
The Website reserves the right to cancel an order with at least two hours’ notice. In such cases, the user will have no claim against the Website.
If the Company cancels or terminates an order, it will notify the customer, and no charges will be made to the customer’s credit card. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued.
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued only after the product is received by the Company in acceptable condition, minus shipping fees.
Availability and Shipping
Product availability will be confirmed by the Website Management at the time of transaction.
Most products are ready for shipment within 3 business days.
Delivery options include self-collection from the business premises or home delivery.
Shipping fees are as detailed at checkout.
Warranty and Liability
Services will be provided in accordance with the service packages offered by the Website Management.
The Website Management shall not be held liable for any physical, financial, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or products purchased.
The Website Management assumes no responsibility for third-party content or external sites linked on the Website.

The Website Management, affiliated companies, and authorized third parties may use personal information provided by users solely for the purpose of delivering services and products.
Personal information will not be disclosed, transferred, or used for marketing purposes without the customer’s explicit consent.
